MLC/IHA従業員なくして米海兵隊岩国航空基地の運用は成り立ちません。同様に、海上自衛隊員による基地への貢献、寄与は多大なものがあります。当基地に勤務するMLC/IHA従業員及び海上自衛隊員の皆さんも、このエンブレムがある施設を是非ご利用ください。

制約付きで利用できる施設

  • ユーススポーツ: 基地入門許可証の手続きのため、シーズン開始4週間前までに参加申込書の提出が必要です。
  • 基地内対抗スポーツプログラム: コマンダーズカップのポイント、賞品、ユニットファンドは対象外です。
  • アウトドアギアのレンタル: MLC/IHA従業員による週末用のレンタルは、直前の金曜日正午から受付けます。海上自衛隊員はSOFAメンバーのゲストとして利用でき、週末用のレンタルは直前の木曜日始業時間から受付けます。
  • バーキングロット: （転勤が集中する時期とホリデーの時期を除く）希望日の7日前から予約を受付けます。ただし、SOFAメンバーの転勤状況に伴い予約が取り消される場合があります。
  • アウトドアレクリエーション: MLC/IHA従業員による旅行やクラスへの申込みは、10日前から受付けます。満席の場合、キャンセル待ちリストに追加されます。海上自衛隊員はSOFAメンバーのゲストとして利用 できます。
  • イーグルズネスト、下士官クラブ、将校クラブ: バーの利用が許可されているSOFAメンバーのゲストとして利用できます。
  • TLF（臨時宿泊所）: 海上自衛隊員はSOFAメンバーのゲストとして利用できます。 MLC/IHA従業員は、公用で岩国以外の基地発行の出張命令書がある場合に限り利用できます。
  • IT&T（観光係）: MLC/IHA従業員によるツアーへの申込みは、10日前から受付けます。満席の場合、キャンセル待ちリストに追加されます。海上自衛隊員はSOFAメンバーのゲストとして利用できます。
  • マリーンマート: 以下の品目に限り、一食分の商品の購入が許可されます。品数に関わらず、一度に購入できる額は合計20ドルまでです。
    • アルコール以外の飲料
    • 冷凍食品（アイスクリーム、ピザなど)
    • 冷蔵食品（サラダ、サンドイッチなど)
    • 電子レンジ調理用食品（ヌードル、ライスなど)

MCAS Iwakuni cannot operate without MLC/IHA employees. Similarly, JMSDF greatly contributes to the installation's success. Japanese employees aboard MCAS Iwakuni are invited to use facilities displaying this emblem.

Authorized Facilities with Limitations

  • Youth Sports: Submit application four weeks prior to the start of the season in order to obtain base access.
  • Intramural Sports: Except for Commander's Cup points, awards, and/or unit funds.
  • Outdoor Gear Issue: Check out gear at no charge starting at noon on Fridays for the upcoming weekend. JMSDF personnel are authorized to check out gear as a guest of a SOFA member on Thursdays for the upcoming weekend.
  • Barking Lot: Make your reservations seven days in advance, except for peak PCS and holiday season.
  • Outdoor Recreation Activities: Register for trips and classes 10 days in advance of an event. JMSDF personnel are authorized to register for events as a guest of a SOFA member. MLC/IHA personnel can be added to the waitlist starting 10 days in advance of the trip.
  • Eagles Nest, The Hangar, SNCO Club, Officer’s Club: IHA/MLC/JMSDF personnel are authorized to use bars as a guest of authorized patrons.
  • Temporary Lodging Facility: JMSDF personnel are authorized to utilize the facility as a guest of a SOFA member. MLC/IHA employees are authorized to utilize the temporary lodging facility for official purposes only and must be on travel orders (TAD) from another installation.
  • Information, Tours, & Travel (IT&T): Register for trips 10 days in advance on a space available basis. JMSDF personnel are authorized to register for trips as a guest of a SOFA member.
  • MCX: Authorized to purchase consumable items sold in single serving packages. There is a $20 limit on all purchases regardless of the number of items purchased.
